Website Terms of Use

1) These User Terms and Conditions for Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website (https://www.vellicellclinic.com) (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between members and Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website when users utilize internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided by Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website.

2) When a person wishing to become a member presses the "Make a Reservation" button after going through the prescribed procedures set by Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website, it is deemed that they agree to these Terms. Matters concerning the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between members and Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website other than those specified in these Terms shall be governed by the Telecommunications Business Act and other relevant laws and customs of the Republic of Korea.

"Member" refers to a person who accesses Vellicell Clinic, registers as an online member of Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website in accordance with these Terms, and receives services provided by Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website.

1) A person who wishes to become a member applies for membership by entering member information according to the membership form set by Vellicell Clinic Integrated Portal and pressing the 'Register' button.

3) The time of establishment of the membership contract shall be the time when Vellicell Clinic Integrated Portal's acceptance reaches the applicant.

4) Members must immediately correct and enter any changes in the member information described in Paragraph 1.

2) Vellicell Clinic Integrated Portal may notify members of the content and provision date of the changed service in the manner prescribed in Article 7, Paragraph 2, and provide the service specified in Paragraph 1 with changes.

1) Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website may temporarily suspend the provision of services when maintenance, inspection, replacement and breakdown of information and communication facilities such as computers, or disconnection of communications occur, and may completely discontinue currently provided services based on reasons for transferring, integrating, or dividing the business due to significant business needs of Vellicell Clinic, or for refusing or determining business operations.

2) In the case of service suspension pursuant to Paragraph 1, Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website shall notify members through the method specified in Article 7, Paragraph 2. However, this shall not apply when advance notice is impossible due to service suspension caused by reasons beyond the control of Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website (such as disk failures, system downtime, etc. without intention or negligence of the system administrator).

1) Members may request Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website to delete their membership registration (member withdrawal) at any time, and Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website shall immediately proceed with the deletion of the member's membership registration upon receiving the request.

2) If a member falls under any of the following reasons, Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website may restrict, suspend, or revoke the member's membership qualification by appropriate means.

3) If Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website decides to revoke a member's membership qualification, it shall delete the membership registration. In this case, Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website shall notify the member before deleting the membership registration and provide an opportunity for explanation.

2. If the person interferes with others' use of the Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website or steals information, thereby threatening electronic transaction order

3. If the person uses Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website to engage in acts prohibited by laws and these Terms or contrary to public order and morals

1) When Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website gives notice to a specific member, it may do so to the email address registered with Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website.

2) When Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website gives notice to an unspecified number of members, it may substitute individual notice by posting it on the Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website bulletin board for more than one week.

Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website strives to protect members' personal information, including member registration information, as prescribed by relevant laws. Regarding the protection of members' personal information, the provisions of relevant laws and the 'Privacy Policy' established by Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website shall apply.

1) Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website shall not engage in acts prohibited by laws and these Terms or contrary to public order and morals, and shall strive to provide services continuously and stably in accordance with the provisions of these Terms.

2) Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website shall establish a security system to protect members' personal information (including credit information) so that members can use Internet services safely.

3) Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website shall not send commercial advertising emails for profit purposes that members do not want.

1) Except in cases where Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website is responsible under relevant laws and the 'Privacy Policy', each member is responsible for managing their ID and password.

2) Members shall not allow third parties to use their ID and password.

3) If members become aware that their ID and password have been stolen or are being used by a third party, they must immediately notify Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website and follow Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website's guidance if provided.

1) Members shall not engage in any of the following acts:

1. Registering false information when applying for or changing membership

2. Changing information posted on Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website

3. Infringing on the personality rights or intellectual property rights of Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website or third parties or interfering with their business

4. Stealing another member's ID

5. Sending junk mail, spam mail, chain letters, emails soliciting pyramid organization membership, or emails containing obscene or violent messages, images, voices, etc., or disclosing or posting information contrary to public order and morals.

6. Transmitting or posting information (such as computer programs) prohibited from transmission or posting under relevant laws

7. Posting articles or sending emails by impersonating employees of Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website or administrators of Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website Internet services, or by stealing others' names

8. Posting materials or sending emails containing software viruses or other computer codes, files, or programs designed to interfere with or destroy the normal operation of computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment

9. Harassing other members, such as stalking

10. Collecting, storing, or disclosing personal information about other members without consent

11. Engaging in profit-making activities using Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website's services by posting advertisements or promotions targeting an unspecified number of people or sending spam mail

12. Violating the terms and conditions or other regulations regarding service use specified in the services provided by Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website

2) If there is a member who has committed an act corresponding to Paragraph 1, Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website may restrict, suspend, or revoke the member's membership qualification by appropriate means as prescribed in Article 6, Paragraphs 2 and 3 of these Terms.

3) Members are responsible for compensating for damages suffered by other members of Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website due to their attributable reasons.

If the content of a member's public post falls under any of the following categories, Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website may delete the public post without prior notice to the member and may restrict, suspend, or revoke the member's membership qualification.

1. Content that defames or slanders other members or third parties, thereby damaging their reputation

2. Content that disseminates information, text, or graphics that violate public order and morals

3. Content determined to be related to criminal acts

4. Content that infringes on the copyrights or other rights of other members or third parties

5. Cases where advertising or commercial purposes are prominent

6. Content determined to violate other relevant laws

1) Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website belong to A-Top Plastic Surgery Clinic.

2) Members shall not use information obtained through the use of Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website for commercial purposes by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting, or by other means without prior consent from Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website, or allow third parties to use it.

1) The content of consultations conducted through the service may be used for the following purposes after deleting personal identity information:

1. Academic activities

2. Medical activities

3. Medical services

4. Writing activities for printed materials, CD-ROMs, etc.

5. Part of service content such as FAQs and recommended consultations

2) Consultation services may be partially or wholly not provided in the following cases:

1. If the same consultation is repeatedly requested

2. If consultation is requested using expressions contrary to common sense or vulgar language

3. If consultation requesting a diagnosis is requested

4. If consultation is requested about treatment fees, examination fees, drug prices, drug effects, etc.

5. If consultation is conducted for the purpose of obtaining information to harm others

1) Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website may amend these Terms within the scope of not violating relevant laws such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, Framework Act on Electronic Commerce, Digital Signature Act, and Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization.

2) If Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website amends these Terms, it shall specify the application date and reason for amendment and announce it on the initial screen from 7 days before the application date to the day before the application date, along with the current terms.

3) If Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website amends these Terms, the amended terms shall also apply to members who joined before the amendment, as long as the amended content does not violate relevant laws.

4) Members who object to the changed terms may withdraw in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 1.

Lawsuits arising from disputes over service use between Vellicell Clinic Integrated Website and members shall be filed with the courts of the Republic of Korea having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.

These Terms shall be used starting from May 26, 2025 until new terms are issued.
